The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a Gulf state consisting of 7 emirates, each of which is a small state entity with an absolute monarchy. The country has several “free zones” and several offshore zones, the most famous of which are Ajman offshore zone and RAK ICC offshore zone. The country annually attracts increasing numbers of immigrants, because the UAE is recognized as a world leader in rising living standards.

Typically, UAE offshore companies are used for international trade, consulting agencies, holding and management of maritime vessels. In addition, offshore companies can own real estate, open bank accounts and deposits both in the UAE and in other countries, and act as founders of other companies in the country and abroad.
