You can register a company in the Republic of South Africa in 14 business days. To start the procedure, the founder must submit registration forms to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).

There are six stages for registering a Proprietary Limited company in SA:

1. Checking and confirming the company name
2. Preparation and completion of documentation
3. Payment of mandatory duties and fees
4. Company registration with CIPC
5. Notarization and apostille of company documents (if necessary)
6. Delivery of a package of documents to the client by courier
