Collection and preparation of documents To register a business in Cyprus, you need prepare and provide the following documents:

Approval of the company structure The first stage of company registration is to determine its structure, i.e. the number of directors and shareholders, use of the nominee service, presence of a legal entity among the founders.
Registration of a company Documents must be submitted to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies. It is important to note that this can be done remotely, without a personal visit.
